Persisting instability and insecurity in fragile states appears to be an ever-increasing problem in the global picture. There has been a dramatic surge in the number of refugees displaced not only externally, but also within their own country’s borders, as a result of conflict or fragility.
This event, co-hosted by the Coalition for Global Prosperity and the British Council, will take place on Monday 10th December between 18.00-20.00, and will explore Britain’s global role in peacebuilding.
Rory Stewart MP, Minister of State for Justice
Lieutenant General (retd) Philip Jones
