Global Britain: How the UK Can Help to Tackle the Illegal Wildlife Trade

The illegal wildlife trade is an ever-increasing problem in the global picture. It not only threatens the existence of some of our most iconic species of wildlife, but is also a serious organised crime that damages the livelihoods of some of the world’s poorest communities.

This event will bring together parliamentarians and those working on this issue to explore how Britain can lead in the fight against the illegal wildlife trade, and practically help to protect endangered species for generations to come.

The event, co-hosted by the WWF, the Coalition for Global Prosperity and the Wildlife Conservation Society will take place on Monday 17th December from 16.00-18.00 in the House of Commons.
