Aliona Hlivco

Aliona Hlivco is the Founder & CEO of St. James’s Foreign Policy Group and a Member of the Advisory Council at Coalition for Global Prosperity.

Aliona is also a Visiting Lecturer at King’s College London’s War Studies Department, a Member of the Academic Council at the Wilfried Martens Centre in Brussels, a Research Fellow at GLOBSEC, and an Advisor to Lord Ashcroft on global affairs.

Before moving to London, Aliona was a member of the Chernivtsi Regional Parliament from 2015 to 2018. Aliona holds MA in Political Science and MPA from Chernivtsi National University in Ukraine. She is a recipient of the Order of Merit for her service in supporting democracy in Ukraine during the Revolution of Dignity 2013-2014.
