The Baroness Sugg CBE

Baroness Sugg joined GAPP in March 2026. In the House of Lords she specialises in International Development, Foreign Affairs, and the health and rights of women and girls. She served as a Minister in the Department for International Development and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. Prior to that she was Director of Operations and Campaigns for Prime Minister David Cameron in Downing Street 2010-2016. Baroness Sugg is Chair of the charity Plan International UK.
