David Reed MP

David has been the Conservative MP for Exmouth and Exeter East since July 2024 and joined GAPP in March 2026. A former Royal Marine, he serves as Shadow Defence Whip and is Vice Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Foreign Affairs. David has been a member of the International Development Committee since October 2024.
