Diana Varley
Diana Varley is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Coalition for Global Prosperity, bringing extensive experience from the highest levels of British government and political operations.
She has a background in frontline politics, where she served in 10 Downing Street as de facto Deputy Political Secretary. There, she specialised in MP engagement, stakeholder management, and parliamentary affairs, acting as a key bridge between the Prime Minister’s Office, the Whips, and Whitehall. Diana’s expertise in political operations also includes serving as Director of Operations for Kemi Badenoch’s successful campaign for Leader of the Conservative Party, and Head of Prime Minister Visits during the 2019 General Election.
Following her time in government, Diana was part of the startup team at Civic Future as Head of Operations. In this role, she developed and implemented the foundational processes required to establish the organisation as a successful charity.
