Harry Coulson

Chief of Staff

Harry is Chief of Staff at the Coalition for Global Prosperity, strengthening executive capacity and aligning strategy across CGP’s workstreams.

He previously worked in Parliament, conducting research and providing political advice to a former Chief Whip, Secretary of State and senior adviser to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.

A former infantry officer in the Army Reserves, Harry has a background in defence and foreign policy, having been awarded an academic scholarship and undergraduate bursary by the Ministry of Defence.

He holds a first-class BA in War Studies from King’s College London, where his research focussed on Russian strategic doctrine and foreign policy.
