Harry Coulson

Chief of Staff

Harry is the Coalition for Global Prosperity’s Chief of Staff. He leads CGP’s cross-functional programmes, including on the transatlantic relationship and our flagship Ernest Bevin Lectures. Harry also supports the CEO’s priorities, driving organisational effectiveness and alignment across our programmes.

He previously worked in Parliament, conducting research and providing political advice to two Members of Parliament.

A former infantry officer in the Army Reserves, Harry has a background in defence and foreign policy, having been awarded an academic scholarship and undergraduate bursary by the Ministry of Defence.

Harry holds a first-class BA in War Studies from King’s College London, where his research focussed on Russian strategic doctrine and foreign policy.
