Monica Harding MP

Monica became the Liberal Democrat MP for Esher and Walton in 2024 and joined GAPP in March 2026. She was director of communications at the British Council and president and CEO of Refugees International Japan. Monica sits on the International Development Committee and is the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for international development.
