1946 Forum Parliamentary Roundtable

The Coalition for Global Prosperity held a Parliamentary Roundtable in the Churchill War Rooms this week on the Anniversary of Churchill’s “Sinews of Peace (Iron Curtain)” speech made on 5th March 1946.

The Forum brings together Parliamentarians to look at the joint challenges facing the US and the UK. The discussion focused on the current geopolitical situation, this year of elections on both sides of the Atlantic and also looked at what more we can do to ensure the US and the UK remains a force for good on the world stage.

The dinner was chaired by the 1946 Forum Co-Chair The Rt Hon Liam Byrne MP and was joined by policy experts and the following Parliamentarians:
