A Fracturing Alliance? The Future of UK–US Relations

  • Public Hall 1 Horse Guards Avenue London, England, SW1 United Kingdom (map)

As global tensions intensify and the risks of escalation between major powers grow, the UK-US relationship faces new pressures. The conflict between the US and Iran signals a major challenge for the transatlantic alliance. This, alongside the US National Security Strategy in December 2025, raises an important question: Is the UK-US relationship still working? And if not, what comes next?

This event brings together leading voices from across politics, national security and foreign policy to discuss how the UK-US relationship has changed, and what the UK can do to ensure that we are equipped to navigate a new era of global politics.

The panel discussion will take place from 19:00-20:00 and will be followed by a drinks reception.
